Frequently Asked Questions

We ship out “ready to ship” items within 1-3 business days. “Made to order” items which normally include costumes and special occasion dresses will ship out within 7-10 business days. United States orders should arrive within 1-3 business days after being shipped out depending on the shipping method you selected. International orders can take up to 10 days or longer depending on your country’s time frame in processing items through customs and delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Our products are made in small quantities in select sizes. If you do not see an item in the size you’d like please come back within a week or 2 or contact us directly to see if the item in question will be available in the size you need. We are always adding new designs to keep our selections just as unique as your little one. If you haven’t already, please sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on when new designs are added to our boutique!
For our “ready to ship” apparel we currently only carry sizes newborn-6T. For our special occasion dresses and bracelets, we go up to size/age 12.
We have placed measurement size charts in each product listing to help you select the proper size for your child. If you’re not sure how to measure your child please click here.
You may return/exchange an item within 15 days after receipt of the item as long as it has not been worn. Items that may be returned are dresses, rompers, baby bloomers, shorts, skirts, and jewelry. We do not accept returns/exchanges for costumes or special occasion dresses, as they are designed for your child’s specific measurements. We also do not accept returns for clearance items and hair accessories. Please see our return policy for full details.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after you placed your order. Please contact us immediately to cancel. If you do not cancel within 24 hours we will process the order as a return and you will be credited a refund less shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
Please contact us immediately with pictures of the damaged item. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund.
